What we collect
When you use the request form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, service choice, and message you enter. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to operate and protect the site.
Why
To respond to your request and arrange your appointment. Server logs are used to keep the site available and secure.
Who processes it
Apex Signal Notary is a trade name of Apex Signal Technologies, LLC. Requests are sent through the company's website, apexsignaltech.com, and transmitted through Resend, an email delivery service, to our company mailbox at Google Workspace. Cloudflare provides hosting, DNS, and bot protection (Turnstile). Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie solely to distinguish people from automated traffic.
Retention
Request messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and arrange the appointment, and for two years afterward, then deleted.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email notary@apexsignaltech.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above is updated.
